X-Explore is a company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and export of cycling protective gear and carbon fiber cycling accessories. We provide the following services:

• Sales of cycling equipment from our standard product catalog (cycling glasses, gloves, knee & elbow guards, carbon handlebars, seatposts, bottle cages, etc.)
• OEM/ODM customization services, designing and producing exclusive products based on customer requirements
• Downloadable product catalogs, technical documentation, and certification documents
• Online inquiry and quotation services

3. Usage License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use this website, provided that:

• You use this website only for lawful commercial purposes
• You do not copy, distribute, or modify website content without our written authorization
• You do not attempt to reverse engineer, crack, or circumvent the website's security measures
• You do not use automated tools (such as crawlers or bots) to access this website

5.2 Pricing and Quotations

Prices displayed on this website are for reference only and do not constitute formal quotations. Actual pricing will be confirmed through a formal quotation based on your order quantity, customization requirements, delivery timeline, and other factors. Quotations are typically valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

6. Orders and Contracts

6.1 Order Process

The standard order process is as follows:

1. Customer submits an inquiry with product requirements, quantities, and customization details
2. We provide a detailed quotation within 48 hours
3. Both parties confirm order details and sign a Proforma Invoice (PI) or purchase contract
4. Customer arranges deposit payment (typically 30%)
5. We arrange production and provide progress updates at key milestones
6. Upon completion of production, customer arranges balance payment
7. We arrange shipping and provide logistics tracking information

6.2 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

The MOQ for standard products is typically 50 pieces. OEM/ODM custom projects start from 100-500 pieces depending on complexity. Specific MOQs will be stated in the quotation.

6.3 Samples

We support sample-first ordering. Standard product samples take 7-10 days; custom samples take 2-4 weeks. Sample costs are determined based on product complexity and may be deducted from bulk order costs.

7. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment
• Letter of Credit (L/C): applicable for large orders
• PayPal: applicable for small sample fees or courier charges

All prices are quoted in USD or CNY unless otherwise agreed. The payment currency will be specified in the quotation.

8. Delivery and Shipping

8.1 Delivery Time

Standard order delivery time is typically 30-45 days (from receipt of deposit). OEM/ODM custom orders may require 45-90 days depending on complexity. Specific delivery times will be stated in the contract.

8.2 Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Sea freight: suitable for large-volume orders, cost-effective
• Air freight: suitable for urgent orders or small batches
• Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS): suitable for samples and small packages

8.3 Trade Terms

We accept the following Incoterms 2020 trade terms:

• EXW (Ex Works)
• FOB (Free on Board)
• CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

9. Quality Assurance and Returns

9.1 Quality Control

We implement strict quality control at every production stage, including raw material inspection, in-process monitoring, and final product inspection. All products comply with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard.

9.2 Product Warranty

We provide a 12-month quality warranty from the date of shipment. The warranty covers material defects and workmanship issues but does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or unauthorized modification.

9.3 Returns and Exchanges

If products have quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide photo or video evidence. We will arrange replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Custom products (OEM/ODM) are not eligible for no-reason returns unless there is a quality issue.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

• Delays or non-performance caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, government actions, etc.)
• Errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer
• Delays or damage caused by third-party logistics providers
• Indirect losses, loss of profits, or business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the relevant products or services.

11. Disclaimer

This website is provided "as is". We make no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or completeness of this website. You use this website at your own risk.

We do not guarantee that this website will operate without interruption, errors, or viruses. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.

12. Termination
